Suguru Hirahara 7b979ff7a9 Update roles/custom/matrix-bot-draupnir/defaults/main.yml: replace "when" with "if" for consistency and to clarify that these are conditions 
Note that there is no other "when" on this file. It is not sensible to keep these exceptions here.
