v0.7.0 is broken right now, because it calls
`/_matrix/client/r0/admin/register`, which is now at
`/_synapse/admin/v1/register`.

This has been fixed here: https://github.com/ZerataX/matrix-registration/commit/6b26255feada4c4f0ec49bb16a60a12b85476a0f

.. but it's not part of any release.

Switching to `master` (`docker.io/devture/zeratax-matrix-registration:latest`) until it gets resolved.
